Return & Exchange Policy

At Noor Eadan Official, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you find any reason to return or exchange your purchase, please review our policy below:

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

• Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.

• Flat rate return shipping: Rs. 450 will be charged on all accepted returns.

• No restocking fee will be applied.

• Return for refund is only applicable if the article is faulty or damaged.

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

• One specific collection is excluded from return eligibility and will be clearly labeled as "Final Sale" on the product page.

• Items purchased during sale events or using discount codes are also non-returnable.

How to Return or Exchange

• Repack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

• Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation in the parcel

• Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nooreadanofficial.com or +92-308-2625577. We will offer an exchange only for the same or similar item. Refunds are not provided in these cases.
