Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Flat rate return shipping: Rs. 450 will be charged on all accepted returns.
- In addition to the return shipping charges, any COD handling fees and taxes paid by us on the parcel will also be deducted from the refund amount. A deduction of Rs. 350 will be applied to cover these COD-related charges.
- No restocking fee will be applied.
- Return for refund is only applicable if the article is faulty or damaged.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take a minimum of 7 working days after the returned item is received. In some cases, it may require an additional up to 3 working days depending on the inspection and verification process. All refunds will be issued only after a complete quality inspection of the returned article has been successfully completed.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- One specific collection is excluded from return eligibility and will be clearly labeled as "Final Sale" on the product page.
- Items purchased during sale events or using discount codes are also non-returnable.
