Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Flat rate return shipping: Rs. 450 will be charged on all accepted returns.
- No restocking fee will be applied.
- Return for refund is only applicable if the article is faulty or damaged.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
